Boston and New York sit at one extreme; smaller Southern and mid-Atlantic cities sit at the other. The interesting cities are the ones in between that thread the needle on cost and quality.
This list covers every East Coast state, from Maine to Florida, ranked by the standard Landable composite with no rent cap and no filter. It is the honest ranking of where East Coast life works best for the money.
